Warranty

Our products are made in our factories with high quality control. We acknowledge that however at times certain items may have manufacturing defects. To ensure we obtain your continuous confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty period (upon purchase date):

1. Medium and large household appliances (with power plug) – 1 year warranty
2. Small appliances (powered with USB cables) – 3 months warranty

Should you have a defective product, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process of returning the item(s) to us for checks. If we find that the product has manufacturing defect, and it’s within the warranty period, we’d send you a new unit in replacement.
