Our Warranty Guarantee

Our products are made in our factories with high quality control. We acknowledge that however at times certain items may have manufacturing defects. To ensure we obtain your continuous confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty period (upon purchase date):

  1. Digital and Smart Lock – 1 year warranty
  2. Batteries – 3 months warranty
  3. Li-Ion Rechargable Batteries – 6 months warranty

Should you have a defective product, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process of returning the item(s) to us for checks. If we find that the product has manufacturing defect, and it’s within the warranty period, we’d send you a new unit in replacement.

Matahari Cloud AI Sdn Bhd provides a limited warranty for all products purchased from our online store. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Software issues related to pre-installed applications

3. What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts such as batteries

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

5. Warranty Claim Process

Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will review the information and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar replacement or a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Matahari Cloud AI Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
